City Intimation Slip:
Before the release of the hall ticket students will receive the exam city slip for the examination. This slip will help the students to know about the city where their exam center is located. This helps the candidates and students make travel arrangements accordingly. This city slip is released by the university a few weeks before the examination starts.

Who is eligible?
The following criteria that are given below should be followed by the students to appear in the examination:
1. The candidate should be registered in any open and distance learning or online program of IGNOU.
2. The candidate should have active admission status in the above course and all the necessary assignments for the course should be submitted according to the university schedule.
3. The applicant should have generated an academic bank of credits ID before filling the form and the applicant should choose only those courses for which they can appear.
Important Instructions:
These applicants should read all the following points carefully before the completion of the form.
- ABC ID is mandatory for all candidates appearing in the exam. Without it, marks may not appear in DigiLocker.
- Practical course improvement is not allowed. Reappearing in a practical course already passed will not change the marks.
- If applicants want to improve their overall marks, they must apply through offline mode at their regional center.
- The university will try to allot the exam center according to the student’s preference.
- The university provides the right to change the exam centre if required
